Introduction:
This module can be used to send customer outstanding statements or accounts confirmation to all or selected parties in a single click.
TDL Configuration:
Tally.ERP9 , Select F12 Configuration -> Product & Features -> F4 - Manage Local TDLs ->Load TDL’s on Start up – Yes ->List of TDL’s to preloaded on Tally Start up : type tcp file name or Copy and paste the path where the TCP is stored .
- Go to F11 features
- Enable email configuration
On ‘Yes’ you will get the following screen to set the Email configuration for the company.
1.Gmail,Hotmail and yahoo mails have predefined email server address you may just select required server name to get it automatically . if you have your of mail server, select “user defined” the set the server address manually.
2.There are three output formats available for the mail. i.e. Excel, HTML and PDF
3.Mails can be sending as attachments or embedded format.
4.Confirm that all Customer ledgers have Email address to send the bulk mail.
- Once above configuration is completed, you can to Gateway of Tally -> Display - > Statement of Accounts -> Outstanding’s - > Group
- Select a group and press F5 to make the report ledger wise outstanding.
- You can find two new buttons in the report:
- Mail –> Outstanding -> to send Outstanding Bill-wise Report
- Mail –> Led. Statement – >to send Ledger Statement
You may select the ledgers by pressing Space bar button then press the mail buttons in to send the respective reports to the selected parties as required.
