ADDRESS LABEL MODULE




Quick Setup Guide:

1. Select F12 Configuration à Product & Features à F4 - Manage Local TDLs à

Load TDL’s on Start up – Yes à List of TDL’s to preloaded on Tally Start up : type file name – “AddressLabel.tcp”à press enter to complete the process.

 

 

 

Right after the successful activation of TCP file you can see a new feature “Address Label Print” in the ‘Display option’ of ‘Gateway of Tally’ menu.

 

The Address Label Print provides you with 3 options

• Label Print – Group Wise
• Label Print – Ledger Wise
• Label Print – Range

Label Print – Group Wise: This enable you to take the address of multiple customers on the basis of group wise like ‘Sundry Creditors’ or ‘Sundry Debtors’.

Label Print – Ledger Wise: In this you can take the address on the basis of ledger accounts.

Label Print – Range: This option enable you to specify a range and address will be printed on the basis of that.

1. Label Print – Group Wise

 

While entering Group wise you can choose either ‘Sundry Creditors’ or ‘Sundry Debtors’

After choosing one a new screen appear showing ‘Starting Label’ and ‘Print Preview’.

Example: List of Sundry Debtors.

 

2. Label Print – Ledger Wise

Here you can print the address on the basis of ledger wise

Select the ledgers which you needs to print and press enter button

Here also you can specify the Starting Label and Print Preview

3. Label Print – Range

In this you can specify the range like a name, letter, word etc. and address will be printed on the basis of that.

 

Here you can specify the range

 

All the entries having the letter a will be displayed
