5. To view the report ‘Auto Mobile Module

Go to ‘Gateway of Tally’ > Display > ‘Auto Mobile Module’

6. You can navigate to “Auto Mobile Module” report from default “Gateway of Tally” report using the button ‘Alt + G’.

•  In Sales Master added three type of Master - :

1. Color Master
2. Vehicle Master
3. Salesman Master

In Color master you can create color in this master and get the multiple selection table at entry level.

8. In Sales Master added Sales Man Master. In this Sales man master you can enter new sales man created and also you can display and alter any salesman master.

Quotations Voucher Entry :-

9. Enter Quotations as follows , and select salesman and then enter the vehicle details as per requirement.

Sales Order Entry : -

Quotations entry track the sales order and you will get all the quotation details.

Delivery Note Entry : - 
Sales Order entry track the Delivery Note and you will get all the Sales Order details.

Sales Bill Entry : -

1. Save the voucher and press Alt+P to print the invoice in invoice format

Pending Quotations Report :-

2. In Pending Quotations report you can see pending quotations and also search report as salesman wise button & Press Alt + ‘F2’ to change the period

Pending Sales Order : -


Search Salesman

• Chasis No. Wise (Trigger) Report : -

Enter Chasis No wise Report, enter product name and chasis no & display report.

 



Search Salesman

Sales Man Wise (Trigger) Report : -

3. Select Salesman and display report & Press Alt + ‘F2’ to change the

Colour Wise Sales Report : -

• Select Color and display report & Press Alt + ‘F2’ to change the period

1. Enter purchase invoice as follows, and select vehicle, then enter chasis number and engine number, color etc.: -

1. Enter other details and save the voucher.
2. Now at the time of sale, Select vehicle name from the list and then select chasis number, engine and color will be auto picked, and enter other details for the bill: -

Stock Summary Report (Color & Chasis No. wise): -


Search Color

RTO & Insurance Details : -

Insurance Renewal Report : -

RTO Pending Report : -

Update Reg.No

Update RTO Registration No. : -

9. Select Bill No and Enter RTO Reg. No. , Agent Name, and Remarks and save it. You will display report updated RTO Reg. No. Agent Name & Remarks.
