Running as ODBC Server in the synchronisation client where as it should display Running as Client without ODBC

Cause

This message is displayed in the About page when ODBC server is enabled.

Solution

On the client:

  1. Gateway of Tally > Alt+Z (Exchange) > Configure > Data Synchronisation.
  2. Set Enable ODBC server to No and accept the configuration.
  3. Restart TallyPrime when prompted.
