Error Code: 16032. Company is Currently not connected with Tally.NET. Sync. Initiation complete.

1. Synchronising using Tally.NET Servers

Cause

The corresponding company or companies at the synchronization client are not connected to Tally.NET.

Solution

  • Ensure that the corresponding company or companies at the synchronization client are connected to Tally.NET Servers.
  • Ensure that Sync from Server is set to Yes and the corresponding client’s Account ID is provided.

 

2. Direct/IP Synchronisation

Cause

  • The corresponding company or companies at the synchronization client are not loaded.
  • The Client URL and port number mentioned are incorrect.

Solution

  • Load the corresponding company or companies at the synchronisation client.
  • Ensure to provide the correct client URL and port number.
