Cause
The corresponding company or companies at the synchronization client are not connected to Tally.NET.
Solution
- Ensure that the corresponding company or companies at the synchronization client are connected to Tally.NET Servers.
- Ensure that Sync from Server is set to Yes and the corresponding client’s Account ID is provided.
2. Direct/IP Synchronisation
Cause
- The corresponding company or companies at the synchronization client are not loaded.
- The Client URL and port number mentioned are incorrect.
Solution
- Load the corresponding company or companies at the synchronisation client.
- Ensure to provide the correct client URL and port number.
